Vincent's practice encompasses matters dealing with wealth acquisition, preservation and transfer. His practice entails the use of wills, trusts, and sophisticated estate planning techniques; elder law; probate administration and fiduciary representation; business formation and succession planning; and commercial real estate transactions, including IRC Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Prior to joining Pepe & Hazard, he managed his own law practice. He was involved in real estate and mortgage brokerage before becoming an attorney. Vincent has a Martindale-Hubbell rating of BV.
