I work with actors and artists to increase confidence, self-acceptance and hidden strengths. If your goals are constantly out of reach, your peers are unsupportive or just don't get you, or if you feel alien or disconnected from yourself and others, then maybe you've also been wondering how you might need to change.

I believe the best parts of ourselves are often locked deep inside us. Self-doubt, a need for confirmation from others, or a deprived or inflated sense of identity - these all lead to self-neglect, feelings of inadequacy, social anxiety, chronic depression, mania, fragmentation, sleeplessness, overeating, poor appetite, boredom, loneliness, and despair.

I look for the negative core beliefs that stand between you and fulfillment, using EMDR and a non-judgmental approach to clear past trauma that are frozen in your body. Many of my clients are actors and artists seeking confidence, grounding, and clarity of identity.
