This 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom/den/office, 2 bath, contemporary home's CHARM is immediately apparent, with colorful, low maintenance, wrap-around desert landscaping.

Features include ... views from master bedroom, living room or while seated at the massive dining room table. The living room and dining room have open beam ceilings. Central AC and heat, ceiling fans in the master bedroom,  den/bedroom and in the living room. Gas fireplace. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and TV's in each bedroom with multiple DVD / VCR players. The house is set up with a small office area which includes a desk with a Mac computer and printer, WiFi, high speed internet and a landline. There is also a fax machine / copier. There's a sound system (50 CD changer and stereo) which can be controlled for the patio / pool, master bedroom and the living room.

The Living Room has beautiful Italian red leather contemporary sofa and chaise, with black leather sling-back chairs and glass and chrome for days. As of July 2010, the house has been completely repainted, with all the floors restored. Also, all new window treatments, carpets and rugs of the highest quality have been installed throughout the house.

This house sleeps up to 6 adults. The Master Bedroom has a king size Tempur-pedic mattress and the Front Guest Room has a comfortable Queen bed, while the den/bedroom has a full size, very comfortable pull out leather sofa/sleeper. Plenty of closet space, storage and extra pillows and linens. The guest room and the den/bedroom are east facing rooms and both have total blackout blinds to keep even the brightest of sunrises out for the late sleeper amongst us.

• October to May: $275/night .. $1350/week .. $4250/month
• June to September: $225/night .. $800/week .. $2500/month
• Some holiday minimum stays apply with potentially increased rates (please call)
• $1000 Security Deposit (refundable at time of inspection)
• $150 Cleaning.
