This sunny, charming self-catered studio apartment is perfect for visiting New York City. So centrally located that there is no place in downtown or mid- Manhattan that you can't get to either on foot or by subway in less than half an hour (less by cab!). And even though we're near to everything, 22nd Street itself is pretty, tree-lined, quiet and very safe. Less than one block from our home there are two subway lines, the public Library and a CVS drug store open until midnight.

The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, Silestone counters, and a good sized refrigerator with a separate freezer.

The apartment can be configured with either two or three twin beds, or one Queen sized bed, or even a queen size bed plus one single bed (extra charge for 3rd bed).

• One-half block from IRT (#1) and IND (C & E) subway lines.
• We live in the building and often use this for our own guests, so it has every amenity we could think of: High count sheets, big bath towels, sunflower shower head, guide books.
• Plenty of glasses, dishes, silverware, and serving pieces.
• Sunny, safe, quiet and clean. Overlooks peaceful garden.
• Up two flights of stairs (3rd floor American; second floor European).
• Television has VCR player and some tapes; only receives local stations – no premium cable.
• Maximum of 3 guests / Minimum of three nights
• Weekly cleaning (not dishes) included.
