The social worker Katherine is biased, discriminatory, and conducts her evals passive aggressively with no consideration for her odd and judgmental behavior. It is unfair treatment and having already signed a contract to commit to my egg donation and proceed with being a donor with circle and to commit to the parent that matched with me, who also agreed to proceed with the egg donation, I’ve contacted a lawyer. This unjust and unfair treatment and breaking of a signed contract needs not go unnoticed and it is my full intention that they correct and rectify the contract that they breached.

We had TWO amazing journeys (our daughter born January 2017 and our son born October 2018) with Circle. They are a joy to work with from the start of the process to the end. They assisted us with egg donor, surrogate match, fertility clinic recommendation, legal work etc… and we could not have been happier. Everyone at Circle is warm and friendly, which is important given they are taking you through the process of becoming parents which can be daunting. Most of the people we worked with at Circle had been through the surrogacy process or had some connection to it which is what we believe drives their compassion and understanding. They were also incredibly responsive which helped to ease any fears or concerns. I could write so much more on how they changed our lives (and the lives of our two surrogates)…truly an amazing place!

No idea what the one star review is all about. This is anything but a "cold agency". We are on our second journey with this amazing agency. Supportive, understanding and run by the most passionate group of people I have ever had the pleasure of engaging. They have been there every step of the way both journeys with help and advice and support. Lots of ex surrogates and donors and even parents working there so someone can always empathize with how you are feeling at any given time. We are big advocates of Circle and would recommend anyone interested in surrogacy to at least speak with Circle.

This agency expects its surrogates to bend over backwards for them and conform to their strict deadlines and schedule. They have no understanding or compassion for a surrogate's personal life. If you are not rigidly meeting their strict expectations of you, they will openly criticize you and completely question your commitment to their program. Very cold, unprofessional people working here... spend your hard earned money with people who actually care about their surrogates. Don't waste any time with this agency.
