Absolutely fabulous guesthouses! Located in the center of Albuquerque, and only 1 hour from Santa Fe. Rents by the night, by the week or for several weeks. Safe, secure, off street parking, individual houses, fully furnished, great location! Original Guesthouse is a one bedroom and Guesthouse TOO is a two bedroom. Website has more info about cost and map and so on. Everyone who stays at the Golden Guesthouses just raves about them. Visiting New Mexico, this is the place to stay!
We are located a quick block from the Rio Grande Nature Center where various species of birds and ducks find their oasis in the desert. It's a lovely place for your morning run, a pleasant bike ride or an evening walk. Only minutes from Albuquerque's museums and Old Town Plaza where dining, shopping and the gallery browsing flavor your stay with that southwestern flair. Easily accessible to the entire city, we are happy to offer directions, make suggestions, or leave you absolutely alone with the hope of making your stay at the Golden Guesthouse a memorable and soul-soothing experience. There are two guesthouses available; The Original Golden Guesthouse, and Guesthouse Too. Both daily and weekly rates are available at both houses.

This is a great place! You are in your own private home, no matter which place you choose. The bed was very comfortable and Debbie, the owner, was full of all kinds of information and things for us to do. Not only that but she knows exactly how to get everywhere and what to do when you get there. My partner and I met my brother and his girlfriend, who flew in from New Zealand for a family reunion. We reserved both houses for this event. One house is bigger, so we gathered at that one for meals and games. It was truly everything we wanted and more.
The area where the houses are is more like being out in the country than in the city, yet we were only minutes from everywhere. I highly suggest you visit here, maybe you can have a family reunion too.
