The modern kitchen, well equipped with full sized appliances, boasts stunning quartz countertops and a sleek waterfall island, which also features a pull out table that doubles as a desk - perfect for dining, working or entertaining.  Indulge in the spa-inspired bathroom, featuring an expansive, accessible shower that brings a touch of relaxation to your daily routine.  The new washer/dryer is tucked away for your convenience.  The bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed with luxury linens, creating a cozy retreat, while large windows allow natural light to flood the space.  Snuggle up in bed while watching a movie on your own tv.  The multi-functional living area includes a stylish fireplace for those cozy nights in while watching your favorite show on the second 52” tv.

You have exclusive access to the Guesthouse and the two surrounding patios - one containing an outdoor eating area and grill, and the second featuring a fire pit and cosy gliding rockers.  The yard is sectioned so as to give both the guests in the Guesthouse and the residents living in the main house privacy.  The community pool, hot tub and gym are within 2 blocks. There are no stairs to navigate either in or outside of the property.

Casa Bellino is perfectly situated within the Coachella Valley to allow access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping and sporting activities offered!  Located less than an hour from Joshua Tree National Park, and the mountain towns of Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear and Idyllwild, the location is an explorers delight.  Minutes away you’ll find the sporting venues of The Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and the Acrisure Arena, home to the farm team of the Seattle Kraken.  Hiking and the Sky Tram can be found in the mountains surrounding the valley, while walkers and cyclists can enjoy the Coachella Valley Link, which connects most of the cities in the valley with pathways.  Private and public golf courses are minutes away.  

A short drive up the road will bring you to the entertainment and restaurant hub of Palm Springs, and the bars and clubs lining Arenas Street. Here you will find restaurants to satisfy every craving, and after dinner, dance the night away in one of the clubs nearby.
