Personal information: Keith and I got married in 2005, we love to walk and hike and use our car as seldom as we can, when looking for our present home we picked a walkable neighborhood that offered dozens of restaurants, wine bars, two farmers markets, coffee houses, some fun nightlife and more....it's one of San Diego's urban villages.

Second Homes: I own a second home in Palm Springs, we use it as a vacation rental, so I have good knowledge of the ups and downs of owning income property.
