Josh was raised in the coastal city of Mobile, Alabama. He has many passions which include LGBTQ community issues, real estate, cooking, Latin American culture, travel and architecture.
His first experience in real estate came in 2007 when he joined a broker at Renaissance Beach Realty. There he assisted with listings and contracts for pre-construction condominiums along the beaches of Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida panhandle. During that time he obtained his license to become a Realtor.
He also continued his education in Engineering and accepted an opportunity with a heavy civil marine construction company to relocate to Tampa and travel to various islands across the Caribbean. After ten years of construction and travel he then began pursuing a new way of life. He then created a successful pet care business in South Tampa which he still maintains for fun and exercise. With that change he was able to rediscover his passion for the local neighborhoods, architecture and exploring all the hidden gems Tampa has to offer.
Josh is truly passionate about helping his clients understand the home buying process, make and accept offers that are the best opportunity for all parties and make the transition simple and comfortable.
