She has done property management for me when I was out of the country and supervised remodel projects, pre-leasing and has been helpful in MANY ways, MANY times ...after the sale was done. She is informed and professional. She has given me great advice about leases and inspections and so much more. She is much more than a real estate agent and her services are invaluable. She has a great heart and is smart and trustworthy, which is why I continue to use her services when needed. She took the time to help me figure out what type of investment was best for me and then she found a great deal for me. 5 stars all around!
