I finally took the time to tret myself to a massage and happily got to try pilates. I love pilates as a work out. I think anyone can do it and benefit from it. I used to have horrible posture and now that I take 2 classes a week my whole body looks tighter and more upright. I have also seen Dr. Gloin for a low back issue that seems to have gone away easily with his help. More than the great things that Live Well offers I especially like that everyone is friendly and has a good time while trying to become more in shape.
