Unfortunately followed Paul Sager's poor advice to not receive a copy of inspection report after losing one buyer, and have now lost another buyer because I didn't know what needed to be fixed the first time. He was advising against getting a copy of the inspection again. He claimed to offer connections for service to my property, but then couldn't put in the work to locate a service professional (two separate occasions). He claimed that being out of his immediate area would not be a problem when I interviewed him, but consistently claimed after going under agency with him that my house was out of the way for him and service professionals he knew. I have been contacted by one realtor who did not care for their experience, trying to work with him. Ultimately, I decided to not renew agency with him. I then received a 'cheeky' response from him that he had already decided not to renew my listing and was going to tell me if the second buyer fell through. Seriously? Quite the immature resp
