When dealing with us, the Inn's owner/ keeper, Sandi Richardson/Waskewicz was: Unprofessional, rude & made unauthorized changes to our agreement. She is so unprofessional/disrespectful, in fact, to some of the consumers with whom she's contracted to provide a service, she didn't respond to our written complaint, nor the Better Business Bureau's many attempts to contact her via email and phone with the complaint.
Ultimately, we turned to another business owner to hold our event because we couldn't trust Sandi Richardson/Waskewicz to behave politely, respectfully & professionally towards us, our friends & family on our important day.
