Some places are just plane old friendly. Yes this a business, but everyone who works there (including the owners) are friendly and helpful in every way and make you feel like family. This is a great place to stay year round in an RV. Tent campers in the winter can always convert to inside rooms if the weather turns real cold or wet. Winter weekdays are likely quieter, but most weekends sound busy. Give them a try if even close, (we diverted from I-95) these guys are doing it right!
