I know this is your job, and I know you do this for many people. But I hope you appreciate what I think is most important about what you do: helping people create that next moment in their lives, whatever that may be. This you do, as I experienced first-hand.
Creating, or letting go of, a home, is about nothing less than the recreating of self, and for most of us in a hugely significant way. And you are nothing less than the recreating of self, and for most of us in a hugely significant way. And you are no less than a guide in that process. I am grateful to you, and will be continue to be grateful, not as much for me, because this moment is now past - but for all the people you will help tomorrow, and the day after, and the day after that.
Keep up the wonderful work, I hope for a long time to come. Nobody does it better!
