Cara was AMAZING!! Big things, little things, it didn’t matter, if it was important to us, it was important to her. She listened to what we wanted, and focused on that when showing us homes to look at. She explained why she choose a location and shared both pros and cons of each property. Cara listened to any concerns we had, and helped validate the concerns if they were accurate. Cara negotiated for us when buying, and helped us get additional perks through the negotiations. Without Cara we would have been lost and would not have ended up in our dream home!! You CANNOT do better then to have Cara on your side through the entire process. I will recommend Cara to anyone and everyone, she was fantastic!
