Upon Mark’s invitation, Ian Lockwood joined Banham & Associates in 2015 to assist with Mark’s growing list of clients. As the Operations Manager and a licensed Associate Broker, Ian helps with all aspects of the business, including transaction coordination, and client relations.
Much of what Ian does is behind-the-scenes, however his methodical and thorough approach to real estate ensures that all clients are taken care of on a daily basis. On any given day Ian can be found drafting contracts, monitoring deadlines, executing marketing plans, or fielding client questions.

Mark did a great job getting my house listed and sold - FAST! Mark's excellent marketing resulted in multiple offers (well above asking price) the first day the house was on the market. My house was a tricky property and the buyers were first-time homebuyers. Mark and Ian provided a detailed list of all of our deadlines and were always available to assist us when we needed help. Mark has the patience of a saint. Definitely the most well-organized team with the best communication of any real estate agent I have worked. I highly recommend working with them!
