Mark was extremely knowledgeable of the Santa Fe market in general as well as our unique location and property. His guidance in preparing our house for the market was instrumental in securing an offer and his assistance with everything we had to accomplish to make the sale happen was invaluable, especially since we live out of town. He came highly recommended by a realtor friend in Albuquerque and now we know why. We would recommend him without reservation to anyone.

Mark did a great job getting my house listed and sold - FAST! Mark's excellent marketing resulted in multiple offers (well above asking price) the first day the house was on the market. My house was a tricky property and the buyers were first-time homebuyers. Mark and Ian provided a detailed list of all of our deadlines and were always available to assist us when we needed help. Mark has the patience of a saint. Definitely the most well-organized team with the best communication of any real estate agent I have worked. I highly recommend working with them!

We listed with Mark in Spring 2020. It was a challenging time to sell a house. The house was in the $1M range, so we expected a pretty long sales cycle. Mark gave us professional and honest advice on what market prices were and where our property fit. Within a few weeks, we had a full price offer.

Wanted to move from Sonoma CA to Santa Fe NM. And actually, we had never been to Santa Fe. We contacted Mark and explained things to him.
He asked some questions about what we were looking for, price range, etc. We worked with him mostly through phone and email and he was very accommodating and informative. He even recommended a hotel for us to stay at when we made our first road trip to Santa Fe. We narrowed the properties down to a list of several. When we arrived, he showed us the properties, giving us information about each. We decided on one and put money down that first day. Throughout the process, Mark was communicative, helpful, informative, and so willing to do anything to make the process as easy as possible. He thought of things we never would have thought of. He REALLY knows Santa Fe. Very impressed with his knowledge of the area. And he's been friendly and helpful in other ways -- recommending restaurants and a veterinarian. I would recommend him highly.
