INTRODUCTION

Real Community Properties (RCP) is a California benefit corporation, also known as a B-corp. A B-corp is a new corporate standard that is creating benefit for all. Think of us as a real estate company with huge community spirit! We are creating a positive impact here in Sonoma County by supporting various local charities that help our community and environment stay strong.

How does it all work? Whenever Real Community Properties represents the buyer, seller, landlord or tenant, the client chooses which 501(c)(3) charity receives 10% of the company dollar. The client can choose a single charity, a few charities or all RCP member charities. There is no limit in how much a charity receives.

Matthew has knowledge in various types of real estate including traditional, short sales, foreclosures, and 1031 exchanges. Matthew's expertise in foreclosures has enabled him to represent some very well, high caliber clients.

Matthew services the entire San Francisco North Bay Area which includes Marin, Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties.
