Ben was amazing and not Just knowledgeable but determined to educate me… I wanted to cut the chase every time but he slowed me down so I knew what was happening and why. And how to remedy it. In the end if suggested I do as quick fix for dinner party in 13 hours and that would
Hold Me over till he comes out and takes the buggers down permanently . This guy was about customer service, not selping! I was really appreciate for the time he spent and his guidance.
