I worked with Tim Cardy when he was in Custom design sales, he was one of the best sales reps I knew, he handled all our difficult high-end accounts - impressive. His attention to detail was flawless, he could put out all those crazy fires that occur in custom design without even breaking a sweat.

We are using him now as an agent in Santa Barbara and it couldn't be any easier. His talents have transferred perfectly into the Real Estate business!
