I found Sonny via an internet search of St Petersburg real estate agents. We email corresponded for many months before I actually went to St Petersburg to look at houses. I threw Sonny many "curve balls" because of my limited time in St Petersburg and he was always able to accommodate me. On that first trip, I ended up missing a house by one day, but their offer fell through several months later and Sonny was "right on it" to get me the house on the second attempt. Being almost one thousand miles away, Sonny was very good about handling everything for me remotely, getting me referrals for inspection work, etc. I would definitely select Sonny as my agent for any future transactions.
