Just closed on a property with Sylvia. She's great! In fact, I was about ready to give up on properties in AVL after four realtors just could not connect my dots. (I was referred to her by an old friend from Miami.) Sylvia had a plan, did not waste time, provided valuable assistance with lining up inspections and professionals and really made the experience an easy one. I have since given her name to four other friends interested in AVL. One of the contacts likewise went to contract on a home that Sylvia helped them with just last week. Sylvia is extremely professional and really goes the extra distance, even when it means filling in for a less than helpful realtor on the other side. I have enjoyed the buying experience and Sylvia's friendship. Based on my experience over the course of a little over a year, she would be the only realtor with whom I would work in AVL. Sonia M.
