Hello. I've been in the practice of clinical psychology for 25+ years, seeing a broad spectrum of problems in a diverse population of patients. I specialize in seeing adults, couples and families. Whereas depression and anxiety symptoms are the most common set of problems that people want to feel better about, feeling lost, confused, disconnected, mistrustful, lonely, isolated and sad are another list of common problems people are experiencing. Overdoing it with drugs and alcohol often lead a person to seek therapy. Break ups in relationships often lead people to seek support; we all know how painful that is. Sometimes I'm less a shrink and doctor to people and more a mentor, teacher and guide.
