I am a female individual and couples psychotherapist with 32 years of experience. I speak English. My approach is eclectic, but if pressed I'd say that I use some transactional analysis, depth-oriented brief therapy and cognitive behavior therapy.

The issues I commonly handle include:

• Anxiety, depression and low self-esteem
• Bereavement, unresolved grief
• Effects of childhood or adult trauma: physical, sexual and emotional abuse
• Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender issues
• Relationship problems, especially for couples

I also do career counselling and management consultation.

I am available for daytime and evening appointments. I have two office locations; both are wheelchair accessible:
