I am an experienced relational psychotherapist. My patients and I work together to understand the world in which they live, their beliefs, behaviors and desires. With sensitivity and compassion, I engage in conversations with my patients to support their increasing self-awareness and growth. During the course of therapy, patients may feel deeply, experiment with new behaviors, and question their thought patterns and beliefs. This process often changes their perspectives, opens up more choices and solutions to current and long-standing issues.
