It is common for people to encounter sexual problems, at any age. What is uncommon is for people to do something about those problems before they irreparably damage their self-esteem and relationships. Left unmanaged, anger, shame, and fear increase. My practice focuses on men's mental health and women's empowerment. As a certified sex therapist, I specialize in issues of sexuality, intimacy, sexual function, expression, and addiction. Trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, I focus on trauma and life transitions, and, as an addiction interventionist, on treatment of compulsive behaviors.
