We chose Veronica as our post-partum doula for our second daughter and are so happy that we did. She brought a peace into our home with her presence and she had a calming effect on our daughter where she always felt completely comfortable in her arms. We knew that our baby was always in good hands.

Veronica is a kind-hearted Doula and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of care not only as a newborn care doula, but for mother's as well. She provided tender Breastfeeding coaching to me while I was going through milk supply issues and was sympathetic to my struggles. I experienced a death in my family within 2 weeks after giving birth and I don't know how I would have gotten through it without Veronica's sweet encouragement and assistance. She also showed such patience and kindness to our toddler and two dogs who all were also glad to have her attention.

We are pleased to have had her support in the beginning of our daughter's life and are grateful to call her our friend.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding postpartum support from Baby Nurse and Doula Services after the birth of my first child. I wanted to find a Carrot Doula provider fully certified to whom I could trust completely my transition into motherhood while also teaching me and taking great care of my newborn. Veronica, our postpartum Doula, stood out not only for her vaste trainings and expertise but also as a New parent educator, teaching and helping us gain confidence in caring for our baby.

In the first week, our Doula Veronica seamlessly transitioned into the role of a daytime lactation consultant, providing crucial guidance on how to properly breastfeed a baby and helping our baby gain weight and begin our process to build a milk supply. Her expertise and reassuring presence were a lifeline during those early days.

As weeks passed, Veronica continued her support as a night newborn care doula, giving my husband and I the rest we needed while patiently taking loving care of our baby overnight allowing us to get the peaceful rest we much needed.

Veronica has been a major help in establishing a solid routine for my baby. Her presence created a supportive and caring environment that gave us a positive start to our journey into parenthood. Thanks to her guidance, my baby reliably wakes up every 3 hours, making our days more predictable. Veronica strikes a good balance between contact napping (kangaroo care) for emotional bonding and teaching my baby to sleep independently in his crib right from the start.

Even though my time with Veronica is ending, I feel well equipped to take care of my baby on my own after learning from her. For anyone seeking postpartum support that goes beyond the basics, offering education, guidance, and genuine care, I recommend Baby Nurse and Doula Services. Veronica is an advocate, ally, and expert, playing a crucial role in our journey into parenthood. She is a Carrot Doula provider and is one of the best hat we will not hesitate in bringing her back for baby #2.

From our perspective, her direct approach and guidance stemmed from a place of experience and expertise, which we deeply appreciated. Your ability to be clear and to the point was exactly what we needed as first-time parents navigating uncharted territory.

You came into our lives in the perfect moment. When mommy most needed support, you were there to calm her down and wipe her tears down those early mornings when breastfeeding was difficult, you have taught her so many tricks and guided her to become the *Best mummy ever*?
When there was a question or scare.of new.things, you were there with promptness and empathy in the middle of darkness.
You were there so my parents could have their first date after I was born. Please dont go as yet!
Everytime I cried in the early morning , you were there for me,
every time Mommy needed help with breastfeeding, you were there..massaging her feet and making sure I latched properly,
Every time Mommy had a question or concern, you were there giving to her the best of your knowledge and experience

First time mom living away from family. As you can imagine I was in a panic. I found Veronica via google and am so thankful for her. She taught me how to be a mom and gave me lots of tips and help with baby sleep, nutrition, diapering etc. she also helped me with lactation/pumping. But most of all the sleep at night while I recovered from having my baby was a god send. I recommend her to anyone who needs a baby nurse or help in general with baby.

We worked with Veronica and her team for our second child. As a second time mom, I had worked with a newborn care specialist also when I had my first child, so I knew firsthand how helpful one would be this time around. If you find yourself wondering if you need this care, don’t hesitate! You will find it invaluable to get precious sleep, peace of mind and have your baby in loving and expert care. Not only that but you can also get the warm care of a great Postpartum Doula with Ms. Veronica who is able to provide reassurance and empathy for parents during the challenging postpartum time.

Veronica is so knowledgeable when it comes to newborn and infant care - from feeding, to sleeping, to changing, swaddling and everything in between. She has decades of experience, education and is constantly learning, training and doing to be at the top of her specialty when it comes to newborn care. 

In addition, she is very professional, trustworthy, conscientious and kind. It takes a very special person to be able to come into your household seamlessly, being supportive along the way. My older daughter formed a great bond with her, would look forward to her visits and misses her to this day!

Ms. Veronica had worked with me for the past 3 weeks on 24hrs shift.
During this time , she has treated me and my son as her own family.
I am a single guy parent by choice, with little of experience on newborn care so I relied on Ms. Veronica for liberally everything.
Not only she has tauhgt me how to feed and care for my son, but also run a household taking care of my son, my two dogs and myself, cooking, cleaning and washing, with many friends and relatives visiting, she has prepared meals not only for me, but for my friends with children staying with us.
She has become part of our family. She has also given me the confidence to take care of my son in every regard and I recomend her to anyone who feels they need helpnwith a newborn.
