My personal training service is friendly and open for everyone. I have being supporting people to meet their health and fitness goals for over 10 years.
Personal training sessions are fun and varied. I will work to support you to meet all your goals, whether weight loss, body composition, flexibility or improving energy levels.
I am also a certified yoga teacher, and I work with beginners, who wish to enjoy all the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
I also support my clients with their nutrition. I am a vegan personal trainer so If you are vegan or plant based, I can support you with your nutritional intake.
