There are two parts to adding a directory listing for your business. You must create both a User Account and a Listing.

• Create a User Account: Click here to create your user account. Be sure to complete all the required fields.


• Create a Listing: Once you create a user account you will automatically be logged in and taken to your account page (or login here to get to your account page). Click the link to "Add a Listing" where you will be prompted to follow these three steps:

  1. Select the type of account (premium or standard)
  2. Select a category for your business
  3. Complete the Listing form

• Your listing itself will show up in searches for your particular business or organization, or category. For example, if someone searches for 'florist West Hollywood' your directory listing can be found, as we are very search-engine friendly.

There are two ways to reset your password:

• Have Us Reset Your Password
  Click Here to send us a message with the password you would like
  With your request please include your account's email address and user name.


• Reset Your Password Yourself
  1. Click here for the Password Reset page.
  2. In the box provided, enter your account's email or user name and hit the submit button. This will generate the first of two emails you'll receive to reset your password
  3. In the first email, click the link provided in the body of the email to confirm your request and to automatically generate a second email containing the new password.

To change your password, follow these steps:

1. Login to your account here.
2. In the left column (once you login), click on the "My Private Profile" link.
3. On the Profile page, scroll to the bottom where you'll find a section to change your password.

To edit your listing, follow these steps:

1. Login to your account here.
2. Click the "My Listings/Orders" link in the left column.
3. On the Listings/Orders page, click the green Manage button
4. On the Manage My Listings page, once again click the green Manage button
5. Use the Edit Listing form to make changes to your listing. For best results, please follow the instructions to the left of many of the form fields.

To change your listing's main image, follow these steps:

1. Login to your account here.
2. Click the "My Listings/Orders" link in the left column.
3. On the Listings/Orders page, click the green Manage button
4. On the Manage My Listings page, once again click the green Manage button
5. Scroll to the bottom of the form and find the "Main Picture or Logo" field. Use the browse button to find a new image on your computer. The ideal size for the image is 426 pixels by 290 pixels. You may upload a JPG, GIF or PNG image file.

To add images to your picture gallery, follow these steps:

1. Login to your account here.
2. Click the "My Listings/Orders" link in the left column.
3. On the Listings/Orders page, click the green Manage button
4. On the Manage Your Listing/Order page, click the Add/Edit Pictures link
5. On the Pictures page, click Add a new Picture link and then follow instructions at the top of the page. When uploaded, the images are automatically resized to a maximum width of 550 pixels and height of 550 pixels (images will be kept proportional).

How to Upload Your Display Ad
You can create the ad yourself – click here to see instructions or we can create the ad for you for $29.95 if it’s not too complex.

Once you have a Display Ad created, upload your Ad image by following these steps:

• Login to your account here (if you are not already logged in).
• Click the 'Edit Listings/Orders' link in the left column.
• Click the green 'Manage' button.
• Click the link for 'Display Ads' in the list under the heading 'Listing/Product'
• Click 'Add a Display Ad' link and then use the browse button to find the ad on your computer.

• Format: The ad must be either a JPG, GIF or PNG file.


• Size: Your ad must be the following dimensions (if it is not, it will be automatically cropped to fit the space):
  1. Medium Ad: 200 x 199 pixels
  2. Large Ad: 554 x 168 pixels

Yes. For $29.95 we can make a basic ad if you provide us with an image and one line of text to insert into your image (if the text is not already on the image you provide). Contact us for more details or if you want a more complex ad where we generate the image and text layout.
