With over 25 years of clinical experience, I draw on a wide range of psychotherapy techniques and approaches to offer the most effective care. These include Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, contemporary psychoanalysis, Jungian psychology, the Trauma Resiliency Model, transpersonal psychology, cognitive therapy, and Eastern psychology.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist for over two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including people from the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, and those from varied religious and socioeconomic groups. I also specialize in supporting professionals in creative fields, helping them embrace their artistic gifts and pursue their dreams. In every session, I focus on creating a safe, compassionate, and time-efficient therapeutic space.

Additionally, I have served as a teacher in the Doctoring Program at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where I taught medical students about the psychological factors that affect patient health. This experience has strengthened my ability to explain complex topics in an accessible and relatable way.
