I know it can be daunting finding a therapist, especially if you fear being judged. I provide a welcoming space for gender- and sexually-diverse individuals, as well as people from diverse cultures, nationalities, and religions. 

Too many people do not get the help they deserve and they suffer needlessly. Depression and anxiety are treatable illnesses!  It is also possible to improve self-esteem, have healthier relationships, and make other changes for the better. I will listen, but I also educate, support, teach, make connections, give insights, offer resources, and more.

I work with adults as individuals or in couples. (I will, however, see transgender people of any age.)
