The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation

The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation (REAF) of San Francisco produces quality entertainment events to raise funds for and awareness about AIDS service agencies in the SF Bay Area. Primary events include three annual galas, "Help is on the Way," held each summer and "Help is on the Way for the Holidays," held in early December. Both events feature stars from Broadway, TV, film and the recording industry and include gala receptions in addition to the Broadway-quality concerts. In 2012 we launched a new event titled "Dances from the Heart: Bay Area dancers unitedc in the fight against AIDS" featuring dancers from many premier Bay Area dance companies in an evening of hope and compassion through dance.

REAF also produces a series of "One Night Only" benefit cabaret shows with the touring casts of Broadway shows appearing in the Bay Area which are announced as new shows are scheduled. Full details are available at www.helpisontheway.org.

Funds raised from these events provide a full spectrum of health care, case management, housing assistance, home delivered meals, job retraining and placement and other services vital to those living with HIV and AIDS.
