If you need the preparation of the documents necessary to create and/or preserve your rights with your partner, I offer a package deal which includes the preparation of wills, durable powers of attorney, and designations of health care surrogate for $200 for both partners. I also specialize in real estate/family trusts and other ways to make sure that your wishes are honored by the court system.
