Founded in 2004 by author and former Daily Telegraph ('Get A Life') columnist, Nina Grunfeld, Life Clubs run weekly throughout the UK and Canada. They provide practical, fun and inspirational workshops which act as affordable expert guides to self-confidence and improvement.
